AUTO CHECK-IN
Your time is valuable, so we do not want to waste it, not even when you check in or check out. We replace the tedious form registration process with automatic check-in at a touch-screen kiosk. In 60 seconds your check-in will be completed, and you will always have 24-hour remote assistance available. The room keys are conventional, but we also provide magnetic cards that work as a personalised access method to the hostel. And my invoice? Your receipt will be sent directly to your email inbox within 24 hours.
HOW DOES THE AUTO CHECK-IN PROCESS WORK AT ARRIADH?
It is a very simple method. Just follow the instructions shown on the screen, have your BOOKING REFERENCE or QR code ready if you have a reservation, and provide your ID/passport and credit card when requested. (American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.)
At the end of the process, the kiosk will provide your room number and issue your room key together with a small magnetic card so you can freely access the property through the main entrance. Your room key is a conventional key, so it must be returned at reception at the end of your stay.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTO CHECK-IN
To complete auto check-in, please have the following documents ready: BOOKING REFERENCE OR RESERVATION CODE. BANK CARD (IF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED). VALID ID CARD OR PASSPORT. We provide virtual and on-site concierge service, video surveillance and 24-hour security.
